Eligibility and acceptance
You must be at least 13 to create or join a GamesFor.Me session. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy notice.
Permitted use
- Use the games for personal, lawful play.
- Choose gamer tags that do not harass, impersonate, threaten, or expose another person.
- Share private room and lobby links only with intended participants.
- Respect turn order, server decisions, and other players.
Prohibited conduct
- Do not probe, enumerate, scrape, automate, overload, or interfere with rooms or infrastructure you do not own.
- Do not bypass age, origin, CSRF, rate-limit, seat, tournament, or reconnect controls.
- Do not upload malicious content, exploit vulnerabilities, cheat through modified requests, or disrupt another player’s connection.
- Do not copy or redistribute site code, artwork, or third-party components except as their applicable licenses permit.
Availability and data loss
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Network interruptions, browser suspension, hosting limits, maintenance, or software faults can interrupt a match. Active board rooms, tournaments, and private Starfighter sectors are checkpointed to a private SQLite database, but realtime connections and queued events reset when Passenger replaces the single application process.
GamesFor.Me is not a record-keeping, wagering, emergency, safety-critical, or guaranteed-availability service.
Ownership and third-party software
GamesFor.Me retains rights in its original site code, content, and artwork. The project also includes separately licensed open-source components identified in the distributed THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md file.
Operator and legal details
The repository does not contain authoritative operator identity, postal address, governing-law, dispute-forum, or public takedown-contact details. Those facts must be supplied and reviewed before this work-in-progress package is deployed as a production service.
